Instructor Christina Devries interpreted the idea very well . Consumers are frequently involved in their buying behavior depending on ones life decision . It depends upon many criteria for example , while deciding for the product or if i am planing to buy a product first i seek advice from my friends or family regarding the product and then i go online to gather more information about it , In other words i will check out the brand recognition of the item that i am planing to buy and above all my perception . There are some brand products which i tend to use more because i am convinced by those products and i trust those brands.

A retailer that is battling is GAP Inc. Main reason behind the downward of thisbrand are ; absence of the correct thoughts, and individual and adjusted intrigue. The organization was not able meet the shoppers needs. Which thus, prompt disappointment of benefit and survival. Something GAP Inc. could have done is advancing the organization more through online networking with the goal that buyers are helped to remember their great arrangements and costs.
