Consumer Decision Making Process
In my marketing class today i learned about consumer behavior and significance of consumer behavior concept . Being a student it is very important to have a in-depth knowledge in consumer behavior. Instructor Christina Devries interpreted the idea very well .
Consumers are frequently involved in their buying behavior depending on ones life decision .
It depends upon many criteria for example , while deciding for the product or if i am planing to buy
a product first i seek advice from my friends or family regarding the product and then i go online to
gather more information about it , In other words i will check out the brand recognition of the item that i am planing to buy and above all my perception . There are some brand products which i tend to use more because i am convinced by those products and i trust those brands.
